Hi Team, it appears in our system (Ideagen EHS Core - formerly Lucidity), that once a document is deleted from the filing cabinet, the review action associated with said file remains - and the review action needs to be subsequently manually deleted.
- Should the system not register that the file itself is deleted and automatically delete its associated review action?
We have also noticed there is no functionality to “bulk change” document review actions; hypothetically when we finish a project, the site specific management plans, inductions and procedures are deleted/archived - therefore sometimes there will be a large amount of individual document review actions that needs to be manually deleted one by one with minimal filtering ability in the All Actions section of the Intranet Module (as we only use the Projects managed list, not Location).
- Can anyone think of a work around for the above or have a system that they have put in place to manage this process with more ease?
