Good afternoon, 

I’m wondering what the “recorded by” field that’s available in the CAPA Wizard links to in the template?

I assumed it might be linked to the “raised by” or similar, but if I add this field to a CAPA wizard and enter data into it (e.g. my name), I haven’t then been able to find that anywhere in the CAPA that’s raised from the template.
