Question
In QPulse Desktop Occurrence module couldn't load records
In Q-Pulse desktop records couldn’t be load in the grid for one of my QPulse database. It shows error “Error occurred during processing server request ‘Object refference not set to an object ………...’”. However, if I put filters like for specific type or specific date it shows empty right number of rows with the same error.
Workaround:
I restart services as suggested by support.
I restarted IIS as suggested by support.
But no luck till now.

Are you able to confirm if multiple users are affected by this issue or is it just isolated to your account?
