We had a problem with no escalations and alerts coming thorough
(now resolved) but some one suggested that if any conditional notifications are set up then the regular notifications will not go through. I have been trying to develop a test but not got very far, has any one experienced this.
For example:
I have a reminder for CAPA stage over due to the stage owner and want this to go to all stage owners

but
I also want to send this to some managers depending on the CAPA source so I enabled conditional recipients

I think this should alert every stage owner for over due stages but also alert the QC team and the Non-conformance owner for the records that meet these additional criteria.
Is this correct?
