    We had a problem with no escalations and alerts coming thorough 
    (now resolved) but some one suggested that if any conditional notifications are set up then the regular notifications will not go through. I have  been trying to develop a test but not got very far, has any one experienced this. 

     

    For example:  

    I have a reminder for CAPA stage over due to the stage owner and want this to go to all stage owners 

    but 
    I also want to send this to some managers depending on the CAPA source so I enabled conditional recipients

    I think this should alert every stage owner for over due stages but also alert the QC team and the Non-conformance owner for the records that meet these additional criteria.

    Is this correct?

    Hello ​@Paul L, this configuration should work.  The escalation runs on a scheduled basis so when it next runs you should see your Stage Owners receiving emails, plus your conditions receiving additional notifications.

    You can monitor the emails being sent by following Section 7 in the article below:
