However this is for SharePoint 2016 and earlier - not SharePoint Online. The support team do not know how to do this.

In recent years, industry security policies have evolved, leading to the discontinuation of support for loading a web page through an iFrame across different websites. To address this issue, significant server-side modifications are required for the application. However, these changes will give rise to significant security concerns and therefore we would not be able to action this. Consequently, we are initiating a thorough review and update of our documentation on this matter.
As a workaround - we would suggest having a direct link to the Document Retrieval Service rather than embedding it directly into your Sharepoint site.
