Documents module - Notified only - Apply template
+1I would like to apply a template to distribute a document, but I am only able to access this feature when we distribute the document for approval, not when the document is for ‘notified only’.
Could you advise, please?

Have you looked at copyholder list templates? These are pre-set banks of copyholders that can easily be added to a document Distribution tab.
You can then add a template from the Distribution tab.

this is a suggestion I have raised a few times. it is a real barrier to using notification distribution. the proposed workaround of using people module reference groups is not workable - we have 200+ copyholder templates, with processes to control updates. duplicating all of these in the people module is pointless work, when the templates are already there. the notification function needs to be able to pull in the copyholder templates to be functional. is this on the development roadmap?
