Hello,

How do I make sure the document revisions are reviewed by the users if the user is logging into the system using single sign on(not using a password, instead using Microsoft Azure)

Hi @pkuchipudi, I just want to confirm if you’re using Ideagen Quality Management Professional (formerly Q-Pulse)?

If so, documents are issues to users in the system. When you revise the document your copyholders will be notified and they then log in and acknowledge the document.  If you have purchased Audit Log then this is captured in the audit log system so you can demonstrate compliance.  The user logging in via Azure SSO doesn’t make a difference to the process.  No log entries are added to Azure as this is only used in log in and is not used in the ongoing usage of the system.

If you’re using another product (i.e. not Ideagen Quality Management Professional) then please let me know what product you’re using and I’ll try to get an answer for you.

Thank you Alan for your quick response! We are currently using Qualtrax (now known as Ideagen, correct?). I have a question regarding our document control process. As part of our compliance requirement, all document revisions must be reviewed and acknowledged by the relevant users.

Is there a way to manage this acknowledgment process electronically within the system—without printing the documents or collecting physical signatures? We're looking to move toward a more paperless workflow while maintaining compliance.
