Hello. For users who moved to SaaS, are you having trouble uploading audit evidence when using the mobile APP? For us the APP uploads the checklist but does not upload the evidence. Ideagen has been of no help so far. Very frustrating.
We just updated to 7.7 and we are having trouble with our mobile audits on our IPADs. It starts uploading then stops so you think it did not upload but it actually did.
We finally go the support team to do some changes on our server and it now works fine. From what I gathered, the script was changed and now it works perfectly like before. What you are seeing is what we also were getting. You will notice that if you check your audit questions, if you attached anything, all the attachments will not upload. But if its working for you then thats ok.
