On our complaints once a record has been created it moves to a review stage. When it enters the stage there is a rule that calculates the date that the response is due (20 working days) and the acknowledge by date (3 working days). The problem is when the complaint is raise on behalf of then we require consent from the patient and this stops the clock on the response date. We have added in the stop the clock option to the form but this does not seem to recalculate the dates once consent has been received.

Does anyone else have this feature and have any solutions for the system to recalculate the due date once consent is received?

It is the complaints/feedback module but it is relivant to any of the modules.
