  • Time delay for complaint response when consent required

On our complaints once a record has been created it moves to a review stage. When it enters the stage there is a rule that calculates the date that the response is due (20 working days) and the acknowledge by date (3 working days). The problem is when the complaint is raise on behalf of then we require consent from the patient and this stops the clock on the response date. We have added in the stop the clock option to the form but this does not seem to recalculate the dates once consent has been received.

Does anyone else have this feature and have any solutions for the system to recalculate the due date once consent is received?

It looks as though this post has made it’s way into our Ideagen Huddle forum. Was this intended? I can see you post regularly in our Ideagen InPhase forum. Could you confirm what product this is for and I can get this moved or get someone from Huddle to assist you?


It is the complaints/feedback module but it is relivant to any of the modules.

Ideagen Huddle and Ideagen InPhase are two separate products, not modules. Could you just confirm for me what product this post is about and I can look into getting this moved or answered?
