I’d like to ask a simple question. Is there a way of automatically synchronizing Academy Events with Quality Management or is this only a manual function through the actions tab in the people module?

If you have Professional Academy, you can integrate Quality Management and Academy which will enable automatic updates of events and training completions. Here’s a link to the Help article showing how to set up the integration - Integrating Ideagen Quality Management with Academy – Quality Management (Professional)
