No one seems to be getting automatic notifications on their email every time I make a document change that requires approval or acknowledgment from the team. The notifications are only visible once one logs in their QPulse account People cannot acknowledge documents, as the acknowledgement button (the green tick symbol on the upper part of the screen) is greyed out Documents that have been previously uploaded in PDF form (directives, manuals, etc., like the ones below) do not open.
